• Non-Refundable: Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation by Northern Frights Ltd.

• Age Restrictions: Certain events or areas may have age restrictions. Attendees must comply with these requirements.

• Entry Requirements: All attendees must present a valid ticket for entry.

• Lost Tickets: Northern Frights Ltd. is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.

3. Event Conduct

• Behavior: Attendees must behave respectfully toward staff, performers, vendors, and other attendees. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.

• Prohibited Items: Weapons (real or replica), illegal substances, and other items deemed unsafe are not allowed. Bags may be checked upon entry.

• Photography and Videography: Personal photography and filming are allowed, but professional equipment requires prior approval.

4. Liability

• Personal Property: Northern Frights Ltd. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

• Injury or Accident: Attendees participate at their own risk. Northern Frights Ltd. is not liable for injuries, accidents, or medical issues arising from attendance.

5. Vendor and Performer Agreements

6. Special Features (e.g., "The Hideout" and Photo Booth)

• Fast Pass Access: Packages offering fast pass access are limited and subject to availability.

• Photo Booth: Digital photos are included in ticket prices and will be available approximately two weeks after the event. Notifications will be sent via email or social media.

7. Cancellation or Changes

• Event Cancellation: In the event of cancellation by Northern Frights Ltd., ticket holders will be offered refunds or rescheduling options.

• Changes: Northern Frights Ltd. reserves the right to change event details, including but not limited to guests, schedules, and activities.

8. Data Protection

• Privacy Policy: Northern Frights Ltd. collects and processes personal data in accordance with UK data protection laws. By purchasing tickets, you consent to the use of your information for event-related communication.
